Erica Frenay manages 35 acres of sheep, cattle, ducks, orchard, apiary, and high tunnels at Shelterbelt Farm near Ithaca, NY, with her husband and two young kids. She is a certified educator of Holistic Management and has completed permaculture design training, both of which have informed the design and management of her farm.
